This garden was designed by master gardener Phil Downs to be a beautiful, intensive vegetable garden for the community. His goal was to have the garden bloom all season and be an example of a very attractive garden that can be replicated throughout the city of Flint.

Our hardest working urban gardener was named Community Champion by the Keep Genesee County Beautiful campaign this weekend!
